This policy explains what information Guidancewithgregg, LLC ("GWG," "we," "us") collects through guidancewithgregg.com and our related forms, emails, and checkout pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect only what we need to send you your results, stay in touch, and run our coaching programs. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your Survival Pattern answers are used for education and coaching only. They are not a medical or mental health assessment or diagnosis.
Go Ask Gregg questions may be answered in our public content, such as videos and posts. We never share your name or email address with your question unless you give us permission.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.
We share information only with the services that help us run GWG, and only as needed for them to do that work:
Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or when there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to someone.
If you take The Survival Pattern or submit a question, you will receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email gregg@guidancewithgregg.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. We may still send messages about a program you have purchased.
We keep your information while you are subscribed or working with us, and for as long as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, and this policy is our disclosure of that. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Do Not Track: some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for these signals, so our site does not currently respond to them. Our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends one.
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our site and programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
GWG is a California company, and our service providers store information in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let subscribers know by email.
